These are larger Frontier 3 Point Hitch blowers, which range in working widths from 88 inch widths to 104 inch working widths. These b lowers all have bolt on steel wear bars under the blowers, which cause surface abrasion to the pavement. All of these blowers also have welded on blower shoes.
We can custom make a heavy duty UHMW wear bar for your blower to protect your pavement surface. We can also produce bolt on UHMW blower shoes which would mount through the welded on blower shoes on the end of these blowers.
If your goal is to stop the pavement surface abrasion and to protect the pavement, the chances are very high we can custom machine the UHMW wear bar and shoes to fit your blower.

If you purchase the optional shoes, the shoes will have 4 mounting bolts for each shoe, the washers and lock nuts to complete the installation.

A special Note about the production of the UHMW wear bars
and a set of UHMW bolt on shoes for these blowers.
These blowers are heavy, so special consideration needs to be given to the production of the UHMW wear bar and shoes to support these blowers, which weigh between 1,550 pounds to as high as 2,600 pounds for these massive rear 3 point hitch blowers.
We will need to work with the blower owner to obtain dimensions from your blower to make the wear bar as thick and wide under the blower as possible.
Some of these wear bars are going to be 2” thick on the surface or even more, to provide the durability of long wear for these UHMW wear bars.
We also will produce as wide a wear bar as possible to bolt to the bottom of these blowers and make the blower as stable as possible.
When you place your order for these UHMW wear bars, the following will take place.
We request you email us a photo of your blowers serial number tag which contains the model number as well as the blowers serial number and production date.
We will ask you to provide measurements of the steel wear bar under your blower to make sure we produce the wear bar to perfectly fit your blower. These are expensive wear bars to produce and ship and we want to make sure it fits your blower perfectly. These measurements can be taken with a standard tape measure with specific directions we will provide to you.
If you have also chosen to add the bolt on UHMW blower shoes to your blower, you will be asked to confirm some end panel measurements on your blower. We want to make sure the UHMW Blower shoes are maximum length (front to rear) on the blower and also so they work in conjunction with the wear bar to provide adjustments to keep your blower level.
In order to mount the UHMW Blower Shoes which are bolted through the welded shoes on the end of the blower, 4 holes will need to be drilled through the shoes on the ends of the blower. We will provide a template of the holes specific locations to make the process easy. These shoes are bolted to the OUTSIDE END PANELS on the blower and are the length of the side panels to provide best blower stability.
Please allow special machining time in order to produce these parts for you. Due to their extreme length, we may have to special order material at the thickness and length to produce these parts.
Please allow 15 to 22 Business Days (Mon - Fri, no weekends or holidays) from when your dimensions are confirmed for these parts to be produced and shipped.
Since all of these UHMW wear bars and shoes are custom made when ordered, please allow the time needed to custom make these parts for your machine.
Shipping Details for Domestic and International orders
Due to the extensive length of these blower wear bars, these blower wear bars will be shipped via the best delivery method based upon the final destination. Orders shipped in the lower 48 states will be sent via ground delivery. Any special delivery requested will be entirely at the customers expense.
Blower components shipped to the lower 48 states have basic ground delivery included in their price. Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska or any other international shipping destination are the expense of the customer and must be paid on a separate invoice before shipment.
