Stainless hardware is a popular upgrade for installing snowplow edges and snow pusher edges, because the stainless hardware won’t corrode or rust. That means years of trouble free adjustments for your plow and pusher edge and not having to cut off rusty bolts or drill out rusty hardware which is seized on the implement.

The Land Pride Trip Plow blades and snow pushers use 1/2” x 2.5” and 1/2” x 3” long hardware in many cases. We have put together packages of these sizes in bolt counts from as few as 8 bolts, washers, lock washers and nuts up to 20 of the bolts, flat washers, lock washers and nuts to make sure we have a kit for most common Land Pride implements.

Not sure what size hardware or how many your plow or pusher uses, Land Pride generally follows these hardware counts based upon the plow or pushers width.

48” Wide - 8 Bolts, flat washers, lock washers and nuts

54” Wide - 9 Bolts, flat washers, lock washers and nuts

60” Wide - 10 Bolts, flat washers, lock washers and nuts

72” Wide - 12 Bolts, flat washers, lock washers and nuts

84” Wide - 14 Bolts, flat washers, lock washers and nuts

96” Wide - 16 Bolts, flat washers, lock washers and nuts

108” Wide - 18 Bolts, flat washers, lock washers and nuts

120” Wide - 20 Bolts, flat washers, lock washers and nuts

144” Wide - 24 Bolts, flat washers, lock washers and nuts

Please make sure to select either 2” long bolts, 2.5” long bolts or 3” long bolts based upon the hardware on your pusher or plow.

Carriage bolts measure their length from the underside of the domed head to the end of the bolt. This makes the overall length slightly longer for the total carriage bolt length compared to other bolts.

Generally, if you are using a steel plow edge, you will want the 2” length hardware. If you are using a Poly or UHMW edge, or a rubber edge, you are going to want the 2.5” or 3” long bolts, depending upon the thickness of the edge you are using.

These are carriage bolts, designed to have the square shanks of the bolts hold the straps which secure most rubber or poly edges. If your plow or pusher has a steel edge, it likely uses Plow Bolts and there are not stainless plow bolts available due to the normal uses of the hardware.

You can use Carriage bolts in a steel plow edge, its just going to have the domed head of the bolt on the face of the plow.
