The Plow Edge kit is the complete kit to change the plow from its steel edge to our rubber edge. It includes the rubber edge(s) and the mounting straps to install the rubber edge(s) and the hardware to properly install the new kit on your plow.
The Plow Edge(s) are the rubber material only. The plow edges are for those looking to replace the rubber edges in their existing kits. We ship the hardware with the Plow Edge(s), but we don’t include the mounting straps, etc. as the Plow Edge(s) are intended to be replacement rubber edges for those already using our kit.

What’s the difference between the Regular or Residential Duty, Heavy Duty or Severe / Commercial Duty Edges?
Regular or Residential Duty Edges are
Rubber - 6” tall and 3/4” thick and machined to be dual sided to provide two complete wear edges in each purchase.
Heavy Duty Wear Edges are
Rubber - 6” tall and 1” thick and machined to be dual sided and provide complete adjustment of the edge during use.
Severe / Commercial Duty Wear Edges
These are for those seeking the very best and most durable, long lasting edges for their plows. Designed to be used in a commercial snow plowing operations and made to endure frequent and extensive snow clearing efforts.
Rubber is 6” tall and uses 2 edges which are each 3/4” thick, for a total wear edge of 1.5” thick of our rubber plow edge. The Severe Duty Wear edge uses a heavier and larger UHMW mounting strap to hold this larger and thicker plow edge material.
Our Severe / Commercial Duty kits include marine grade stainless hardware, which is the premium hardware to avoid any rust or corrosion. This hardware is resistant to the corrosive snow melt chemicals, etc. This hardware will last the length of time to wear away both sides of these Severe Duty wear edges. This hardware costs nearly 5x the cost of standard hardware of the same size.
These edges are designed to achieve the following benefits when replacing the steel plow edges on these plows.
Eliminates the surface grinding of the steel edge on the pavement.
Protects both the asphalt and concrete surfaces from damage.
Allow you to scrape down on the pavement and not damage the surface.
Provides a quiet plow cleaning result compared to the banging and scraping and “screeching” of the steel edges on pavement.
