From time to time, changes are made on the various implements. Often, these changes are based upon serial number or production numbers on the implement. The changes are often noted only in the parts listings for these implements. To make sure your plow edge fits your plow perfectly, we may
request a picture of your plows serial number tag
Ask you to confirm the dimensions of a few simple things on the plow, such as the mounting hardware locations, etc.
We may also ask you to measure the width of the actual blade as many of the 72” plows are 71.5” wide or in some cases, 70.5” wide. This makes a big difference in the fit of the edge kit we produce.
We assist you in obtaining this information with clear instructions to make the process easy.
The dimensions we need can be obtained with a tape measure or similar measuring tool.

Our rubber plow edges always ship with new hardware to make sure your installation of our new edge goes smoothly.
Rubber - 6” tall and 3/4” thick and machined to be dual sided to provide two complete wear edges in each purchase.
Rubber - 6” tall and 1” thick and machined to be dual sided and provide complete adjustment of the edge during use.
Rubber is 6” tall and uses 2 edges which are each 3/4” thick, for a total wear edge of 1.5” thick of our rubber plow edge. The Severe Duty Wear edge uses a heavier and larger UHMW mounting strap to hold this larger and thicker plow edge material.
Our Severe / Commercial Duty kits include marine grade stainless hardware, which is the premium hardware to avoid any rust or corrosion. This hardware is resistant to the corrosive snow melt chemicals, etc. This hardware will last the length of time to wear away both sides of these Severe Duty wear edges. This hardware costs nearly 5x the cost of standard hardware of the same size.
Eliminates the surface grinding of the steel edge on the pavement.
Protects both the asphalt and concrete surfaces from damage.
Allow you to scrape down on the pavement and reduce risk of damage to the surface.
Provides a quiet plow cleaning result compared to the banging and scraping and “screeching” of the steel edges on pavement.

All of our edges are professionally cut to perfectly fit your plow. The edges have parallel vertical mounting holes in the rubber to properly hold the edges in place.
All of our plow edges are made to be double sided so they can be used and when the first side is worn down, unbolt the edge, flip it over and reinstall it and start over with a new edge.
Our rubber plow edge kits will include the UHMW mounting straps to secure the rubber plow edge to the plow.
Your plow edge will include all of the corrosion resistant hardware to complete the installation.
No modifications are needed to your plow to install our edges. Simply remove the plows steel edge and install our rubber plow edge.
