This is the complete rubber edge kit for the Frontier Plow Model AF12D and AF12G which is 10 foot wide or 120". If you want to replace the steel plow edge on your plow with a rubber plow edge, this is the SBS kit, which achieves this goal.
Our kit replaces the following OEM part numbers
5FPLAF1554 for the entire rubber edge kit
or
5FPLAF9405 (2) as these are the 60” rubber edge pieces
5FPLAF9409 (2) as these are the 60” long mounting straps.
When you purchase our SBS Rubber Plow Edge Kit, you have a choice of whether you would like the
rubber plow edge in
(1) Piece 120" of total length
OR
(2) Pieces 60" long each for a total of 120".
We make these both ways and the customer just needs to tell us what they prefer, either a single 120” length of plow rubber or two rubber pieces each 60” long. Some customers prefer the single edge while others prefer the two lengths as its easier to handle and install.
Rubber Edge Mounting Straps
Our kit also includes the UHMW Mounting Straps to secure the rubber edge to the plow. Our UHMW Mounting straps are made of (3) pieces of UHMW 40" long, which are laser cut to provide horizontal adjustment of the rubber edge and the UHMW straps.
Hardware
We also are including a full set of High Quality Corrosion Resistant coated hardware to resist rust and to make the installation of the new kit easier. It also makes the future adjustments much easier with this high quality hardware.
The hardware consists of
(11) 5/8" x 3" bolts,
(11) Flat washers,
(11) Lock Nuts.
All hardware needed to install this item.
