For those 54” and 60” Deere plow owners who desire to continue using a steel plow edge on their plow, we produce top quality steel edges which equal or exceed the Deere product specifications and quality standards. Our edges also offer you options, which the Deere edges do NOT.

The 54” and 60” Deere Front Quick Hitch Plows are very popular and there are tens of thousands of these plows in use. Yet with all of these plows in use, Deere offers just 3 total plow edges. A replacement steel edge for each and one small rubber edge for the 54” Deere plow. That’s it. 3 total replacement edges.

We have changed this. We designed, tested and now produce 36 different edges and items for these Deere 54” and 60” Quick Hitch Front Plows;

The 54” Deere Plow offers a Steel “Strap” as its plow edge, This is the thin steel bar which bolts to the plow and has angle cut ends on it. It’s about 1/8” thick and 2” tall from top to bottom. Deere sells this part as M75674.

Our 54” Front Plow Steel Edges include

• A direct replacement of the M75674 which Deere sells for $130 with standard hardware.

• A direct replacement of M75674 which is twice the thickness.

• A double sided wear bar much like the one on the Deere 60” plow. But ours is twice as thick as the M75674 for longer wear life for 4x the wear life.

• A MD400 Hardened wear edge which will outlast the M75674 by 6 to 8 x its normal wear life.

• All include our corrosion resistant hardware for installation.

Our 60” Front Plow Steel Edge Offerings Include

• A single smaller steel wear bar made the same style and shape and thickness of the M75674

• A version of the M75674 which is thicker

• A Direct replacement of the Deere M148378 Double Sided wear bar $201 with basic hardware

• A MD400 Hardened Wear Edge to replace the M148378.

We produce this same edge “strap” in the same dimensions and the same quality of steel. We also offer a plow edge for the 54” Plow which is made similar to the way the steel edge is on the 60” Deere Plow. It’s a double sided steel wear edge for maximum wear life.

Important Considerations:

1. Compatibility: This edge is intended for front-mounted Deere 54" and 60" snow plows on the Quick Tach hitch

3. These edges are exclusively for front-mounted 54" and 60" plows on the Quick Tach hitch. Plows not mounted on a Quick Tach hitch are not compatible.

4. Does NOT Fit Frontier Plows, we make a wear edge for those plows listed under Frontier.

5. Does not fit any plows which mount on a H120, 120R or D120 FEL.

6. If you are uncertain about compatibility, please send us a photo of your plow for confirmation.

7. We custom manufacture parts for various snow clearing implements. If this isn’t the right edge for your equipment, contact us to get the correct part.

8. Always avoid excessive down pressure when using snow implements. It just accelerates the wear and doesn’t improve the performance. Period.

9. Our steel edges can damage asphalt and cement pavements. When increasing use down pressure, you almost assure damage will occur.
