UHMW wear bars to replace the mild steel wear bar on the 44 inch Deere front snowblower. The UHMW wear bar will end pavement abrasion and stop damage to asphalt and cement from the steel edge being ground into the surface.
This part replaces the Deere part number M155105 which is the mild steel wear bar used on both the 44” blower and the 44 inch front blade. We make the UHMW replacement blower wear bar in 3/4” thick material for long wear life. This wear edge bolts right in place of the steel wear bar on the blower. We also include all of the hardware for easy installation.
Our UHMW shoes for this blower are our 3/4” thick UHMW shoes which are double sided for twice the wear life. Not only are these shoes much thicker than the steel shoes they replace, they are double sided, so you can flip the shoes over when you need to replace the shoes.
We package the UHMW wear edge and the UHMW shoes into what we call our Pavement Protection Package. For this blower, they are 3/4” thick UHMW wear edge and the 3/4” thick UHMW, double sided shoes. This transforms your blower from a pavement grinding and scratching machine to one which nearly silently glides across the pavement during use.
